PASSENGERS RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS

When you are travelling on our company’s vehicles.

Passengers can do;

1, You can expect the bus or coach to be clean & tidy at all time.

2, You can expect to see the driver’s authority card displayed at all time.

3, You can expect not to be inconvenienced by any luggage or goods being within the seated area or the bus or coach at any point in time.
4, You can expect the driver to act in an orderly & professional manner at all times & the driver must comply with any reasonable request.

5, You may consume water on the bus or coach at any point in time.

6. Alcohol is not permitted onboard your charter bus or coach. Only by arrangement with our office first and the alcohol bond paid in cash to the driver, will we permit controlled alcohol on the bus or coach. This is only for charter buses & coaches.   (No alcohol on the any airport buses at all no exceptions).

7,You may have cat or dog travel in a cage & they must travel in the luggage compartment. (Guide dogs are exempted)



Passengers can not do;
1, You must not place your feet on the seats at any point in time.

2, You are not allowed to smoke or drink or eat on the bus or coach at any point in time unless authorised by our office.

3, You must not use any offensive language or any offensive behaviour on the bus or coach or you may be asked the get off the bus or coach & the police may be called if necessary.

4, If you damage any part of the bus or coach either inside or outside it is your responsibility to pay for all repairs & any down time that the bus or coach is of the road for repairs.

5, If you throw anything out of the bus or coach it will be at your own expense.( Re damages or any fines etc ) .

6, You are not to leave any rubbish on the floor or on the seats of the bus or coach there are bins provided on each bus & coach for your convenience to put your rubbish in to thank you.

7. It is your responsibility to make Shaw that you leave the bus or coach in good order or you may have to pay a cleaning fee. (If you are sick or if you spill any drinks).
